If there's one thing that I've learned so far, it's to go lighter than I initially find comfortable, especially when you want your figures to pop off the table.
I tried hard to do this with the Goblins and I feel it's really paying off, I think. I was pretty sure that the Faded Plum was too pale, and I had myself convinced that that, "Bright Pale Green", was for sure wrong. But, after a wash with GW Biel-Tan Green, it just looks right.
They're vibrant and fun, and they set themselves apart from the Orc part of the army. I'm so pleased that I'm currently browsing Excellent Miniatures so I can order more...
